Burlington Advanced Computing Innovations Inc. is a B2B software company with a singular focus: identifying where enterprise software creates unnecessary complexity, and building products that eliminate it.

Enterprise platforms like Salesforce are powerful, expansive, and deliberately complex. That complexity serves a purpose at the infrastructure level. It has no place in the daily experience of the people who depend on these systems.
BACI builds on top of existing enterprise platforms — enhancing what works, closing gaps that have been left behind, and creating net-new solutions where the opportunity is too significant to ignore.
Every product we build is held to the same standard: proper architecture, proper delivery, and a user experience that gets out of the way.
Why it matters
Growth leaves gaps. Gaps become the status quo. They do not have to.
Enterprise platforms grow fast by necessity. Features that matter deeply to specific users get deprioritised — not because they are unimportant, but because the roadmap serves the largest common denominator and moves forward, not sideways.
The result is software that is functional but incomplete. Workflows that almost work. Experiences that users have adapted around so many times the limitation feels permanent.
It is not permanent. BACI exists to close those gaps — methodically, with conviction, and with the same quality standard the platform itself was built with.

Identify the gap
Every BACI product starts with a real, documented need. Not a hypothetical. Not a feature request from one customer. A gap that affects a meaningful number of people and has been left unaddressed.
Build it properly
No workarounds. No shortcuts. Every product is architected to run reliably inside the platform it is built on, at any scale, with no external dependencies where none are needed.
Deliver the experience
The measure of success is not feature count. It is whether the person using it notices the friction is gone. Good software is invisible. It gets out of your way.
Keep going
We start where the gaps are largest. Today that is Salesforce. The conviction travels — across platforms, across technologies, and into net-new products that do not depend on any existing system.
